THE BOAT
Built for racing in 1979, she has inherited a remarkable
turn of speed, deck gear and equipment well up to the demands of
sailing within high southern latitudes, as well as a construction
which, in those days, wasn't yet trying to save weight at the expense
of strength. She was gutted by her present owner in 1994, insulated and
rebuilt internally to fulfill the requirements of her new carrier.
THE CREW
The owner-skipper,
Pascal Grinberg was born in France in 1952. He sums up 29 years of
sailing, either as professional skipper or cruising independently on
his own boat. Numerous ocean passages have taken him through many
countries until, in 1985, he visited Spitzbergen in the Arctic,
and became a high latitude enthusiast. After a second summer in
Spitzbergen, he headed
south, and has been sailing in the present sailing area for the last 12
years . On the proposed cruises he is accompanied by a crew member in
charge of the galley.

We advise you to purchase insurance for the time spent on
land. While on board, you will not have to spend any money. On land you

The rest must be credited to our bank account 2 months before boarding
the boat. We would also like to point out that, as we are entirely
independent, we can plan trips to any
destination, of any duration, and for any purpose, be it tourism, science, sport, filming, etc.
