Navigation Program # 1
DARWIN
MOUNTAINS
We embark in Puerto Navarino, in a sailboat for 10 passengers, to Caleta Olla on the coast of Tierra del Fuego. After approximately three hours of navigation we disembark for a typical Patagonian barbecued lamb. We will spend the night here.
The following day we disembark with a box lunch for walking towards the Italia Glacier, imposing presence of millenary glaciers of the Darwin Mountain. Afterwards we take our sailboat back to Puerto Navarino, place that we reach after approximately 4 hours of navigation.

Navigation Program # 2
WULAIA
We embark in Puerto Navarino to Wulaia, site of special beauty of the northwestern coast of Navarino island, cradle of great part of the Anglican missionary work with the Yamana people.
Once we disembark in this beautiful place, we climb up the mountain to contemplate the impressive landscape of Hoste island (which inspired Jules Verne in his book "The survivors of the Jonathan"), the Wollaston islands and Nassau bay.

Air Circuit # 1
It consists on a flight departing from Puerto Williams, flying over part of the Beagle Channel, then towards south, Murray Channel, Wulaia, Hoste and the Wollaston islands to finally sight the legendary Cape Horn. The return will be by the Eastern side of Navarino Island, flying over Picton, Nueva and Lennox Islands to land in Puerto Williams, after approximately 1.5 hours flight.

Cape Horn in helicopter
This exclusive product allows you to visit and step on the famous Cape Horn.
We take off from Puerto Williams in a helicopter operated by Aerovías DAP and we stay in the Cape Horn Island for approximately 15 minutes to contemplate the immensity of the confluence of the Pacific and Atlantic oceans and the stormy Drake Sea.

Omora Park - Kipa Akar
Biological and Cultural Diversity
The Omora Park allows you to appreciate in a beautiful circuit of 1.5 – 3 hours of trekking, a synthesis of the diversity of the sub Antarctic ecosystems. The tour is completed and complemented with a visit to Kipa Akar, a factory of Yagan craftswomen , located in Villa Ukika-Puerto Williams.

Park
Long walk River Robalo-Dientes de Navarino
This circuit leads us towards the high parts of the Omora Park, in the river basin of the Róbalo River towards the base of the main mountain range of Navarino Island, "Dientes de Navarino"(Teeth-like peaks). It allows us to cross the humid forests, the singular Andean vegetation, cushion plants and prairies of lichens, and to observe unique birds like the Yal Cordillerano (Melanodera Xanthogramma) and the Perdicita Cordillerana Austral (Attagis Malouinus). Magnificent view of the mountainous peaks and the Beagle channel.
This long walk can be done in 1 day (8 to 10 hours) through a footpath of moderate difficulty that raises next to the beautiful Róbalo River. |
